Creds consist of four fields: * `datacenterid`, taken from environment variable `QUALTRICS_DATACENTERID` * `user_id` - `QUALTRICS_USER_ID` * `apitoken` - `QUALTRICS_APITOKEN` * `root_url` - `QUALTRICS_URL`
If any for the fields is missing, the function will throw error.
