Return check_null Value

Check if alt_null argument is TRUE or FALSE. If it is FALSE it will return FALSE. If the argument is TRUE it will check if the x argument is NULL and return logical value.

Argument to check if is NULL.

alt_null

Logical. If TRUE it will check if x is NULL.
